Storage and Security: Your intake data is stored securely on platforms such as Airtable and Notion. Access is restricted to authorized Kinisi team members and clinical advisors. We apply encryption and access controls to protect your data.
Data Retention:
If you do not proceed with a Kinisi experience: data is deleted after 6 months.
If you do proceed: data may be securely retained for up to 3 years to support ongoing care and integration.
Consent: By submitting your intake form, you explicitly consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined above. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
