Our protocol
The Kinisi Experience is grounded in neuropsychological principles and somatic practices — designed with intentional pacing to support deep retention and long-term change.
In total you will spend 20+ hours of 1:1 time in private sessions with your facilitator.
Guidance
You will be guided by licensed professionals trained to guide deep inner work. Every guide has extensive experience in supporting altered states and emotional processes. Sessions are trauma-informed, discreet, and grounded in years of clinical and somatic experience.
Kinisi means Movement
Kinisi (κίνηση) is the Greek word for movement.
